Picked up this Kindle book in a spree, as normal, with just clicking suggestions given by Amazon. This book actually gives you step by step what you need to be doing to change your life for the better. What if you don't need to change your life right now? Fine, just keep it as a reference.

The book deals with ways you're procrastinating making changes due to past disappointments and no energy to deal with people, places and things you've already had problems with. Each step is broken down into sub steps with explanations of what you need to do. There are a few examples to show why you haven't moved forward.

My only question is what additional steps do I need to take when the thing holding me back is an actual person.

Defeats failures disappointments pains are part of life saying this shouldn't have happened that shouldn't have happened does not change the fact that they happened what are you going to do determines so much more are you going to give up on you or are you going to find the strength to get back up and strike the iron.
